We took a portion of one day and made a quick trip down the road to Vail so I could revisit it and Jesse could check it out. Aside from wandering around, we went to the Colorado Ski Museum which shows the history of skiing in America and has a special section for the 10th Mountain Division. We also took pictures by the ski trooper and the covered bridge. Then we wandered around the village a bit and just enjoyed the weather and the fact that once again we pretty much had the place to ourselves.
