Beaver Creek is right up the mountain from where we stayed in Avon. One day we drove up to take a look around. In another life we might be able to afford some of the gorgeous homes in the area, but in this life, we are lucky enough to just enjoy it for a short time. Since we were there in the off season, just between winter and summer activities, the place was like a ghost town. We had it pretty much to ourselves, seeing only a handful of other people.
Holden stayed in his stroller the entire time. Fletcher loved to play with these wind ornaments and pinwheels in the center square.
He was super excited when we came across the fountain and after briefly testing the waters, he ran right into them, even though they were very cold!
After walking around a bit more, we took some pictures by the creek and then we headed back down the mountain to our place!
