It is hard to believe this little guy is going to be one on Tuesday! Since all the grandparents are in town for Holden's Baptism and his Godparents are visiting too, we decided to have a little family birthday party today. Here is the birthday boy with his cake and frames on the counter.
While we got ready for the party, Holden played with Grandpa and wore a special hat while he wandered around.
We were very happy when Janet and Joey Reiman arrived after an extremely long journey from AZ to NC!
We sang Happy Birthday and had some cake. I decided to have a train theme this year since Grandma was in town. Today I only made the engine.

After cake, we watched Holden open his presents, which was really everyone watching me try to get him to open gifts and Fletcher trying to open them for him.
Opa and Grandpa took all of the gifts out of the packaging while Grandma watched Holden play.
Meanwhile, Fletcher was very happy to find out that Oma brought him a special present too!
Finally, I had to get a picture of Holden with all of his gifts! This was the best one I could get of him sitting...
Because he didn't want to sit!
