Fletcher was out of school for a week because of his tonsillectomy. When I brought him back, I found out that they were having a Thanksgiving performance two days later. Unfortunately I had a hair appointment and eyebrow wax already scheduled. Now...anywhere else, I could likely reschedule easily, but I have done several trials and major errors with stylists here and I just needed to keep my appointment with this one, which by the way is a 45 minute drive from my house!
I tried my best to get back for a part of the performance, but I just missed it. So I sat in the parking lot and read a textbook while I let Fletcher enjoy the celebration without me. When I went in to get him, they told me he was one of the only kids that put on the costume without a fuss, so I took some pictures and video.
