Since we moved away, each time we go back to Phoenix, my brother and his wife have allowed us to host parties at their house so we can catch up and see some friends. It's much easier than running all over the Valley to try and see everyone, although there's always still some of that every time as well. The last trip to the Southwest, we had a few parties and saw a few friends. Thank you to everyone who came to see us!
Brittany (from church) and Rachel (from swimming):
Lisa and Charlie (swim coach and wife):
Brenda and Alan (Fletcher's favorite while at church) and Sarah (swimming):
Ruthenberg's (from swimming), Louise (swimming), Marcia (from church) and Jennifer (1st church):
June and Jackie (swimming), Sara (high school), Deb (Mom's friend from work), Cathy (Steph's mom):
Janet and Joey (high school) and Agavni, Dmitriy, Andre, and Tony (honeymoon before they had kids):
The kids played, we also stopped to see Cheryl (church), and Brittany and Ryan got engaged!
Eli (boy in blue) is a couple weeks older than Fletcher. Sara (his mom) and I reconnected through blogging! Our boys are big! Tony (far right) is much older than both of them! Andre and Reece hit it off.
My friend, Kelly, was kind enough to host a party at her house on the East Side as well. She and Kirsten also run their own blogs. I keep saying babies and blogs bring people together! Here we are with Kelly and Leia and Kirsten and Kaylynn.
Kaylynn was one year and 9 months old in this picture. Leia was 4 months old. Fletcher was 6 months old.
Their mamas are hot mamas, in my opinion! (I know them both from college.)
Dave (high school) and Katie (through Dave) and Liz and Chad (both from college) also stopped by!
So, as you can see from this post and the previous posts, our 3 weeks in Arizona and 1 week in Colorado were quite busy and since Fletcher had stopped sleeping through the night, we were both very tired when we headed home, just to turn around 2 days later and head to Myrtle Beach, SC for Thanksgiving week!
