I know I haven't even posted the videos that I mentioned in the 11th Month post, but I had to share the love that Fletcher found in my brother's house. It didn't take long for him to want to follow the others up the stairs and one day, my niece called to me from the other room to inform me that Fletcher was climbing up the stairs.
So, what did I do? Grabbed both cameras! I took a video of him on one section and then took a couple pictures of him on the top section. Then, I had to teach him how to come down without sitting back.
The first time he climbed the middle section of steps, it took 35 seconds. By the end of the trip, he climbed all three sections in 41 seconds. (I noticed this when I was watching the videos.) Coming down goes slower, but he had such joy either way. I'm so glad our house has a door closing off the staircase that we rarely use.

Thanks for the pictures!
OH, stairs! When we went to visit my dad & stepmom in VA when Audrey was 10 months (when you met us at the beach) she learned the stairs at their house in no time! Baby gates galore!
