At Fletcher's well-check appointment, he weighed 39 pounds 6 ounces and was a quarter inch shy of 40 inches tall. His blood pressure was 88/58. I was surprised they checked that and didn't have to give him any shots! A much different well-check than previous ones.
I recently sat down with Fletcher to conduct an interview that is in one of my many baby books, which he and his brother will likely never open!
The interview only took seven minutes.
What are some of your favortie birthday gifts this year? Biggie Beads, Ice Cream Game, Play-doh construction truck, playing outside, Joe (a neighborhood boy).
Tell me what you think of when I say these words: Home: Good. Favorite Color: Blue. Brother/Sister: Holden playing. Love: I love Daddy and you.
What is the last thing you were sad about? In the play center (Mommy leaving Fletcher at the gym)
What makes you really really happy? Playing, Doing tippy-toes, my friends
Are you scared of anything? "No. I scare of fire alarms in case there's a fire."
What do you think you'd like to be when you grow up? Be a daddy. Be two daddies.
Who's the last person you kissed? Dad (He came home from work while we were doing this interview.)
Additional notes on our three year old...
His favorite thing to read right now are his Highlights Magazines. He loves to find the hidden pictures. He also likes to read his Cars book and Thomas book...the ones that have the sounds added.
He likes to watch "Buzz," meaning Toy Story 1, 2, or 3...although 3 scares him a little bit.
He loves to dance and sing and be outdoors. He loves to play with his baby brother, Holden.
He is becoming a pickier eater and more demanding in general with his wants (thinking they are needs).
He loves to help or watch in the kitchen. Or anywhere for that matter.
He loves to love on Daddy, Mommy, and Holden and is a very sweet little boy!
