We're well into fall right now, but here's a recap of Summer 2011. I may have posted some of this, but here you go...
He got into anything and everything he could.
He loves the beeps from the appliances all over the house and the oven mitts transform him into The Oven Mitt Monster.
He started climbing on things. (The bandaid in the top picture is from a shiner he got when he fell and hit the border between the carpet and hardwood.)
He had a few interesting meals.
He had some check-ups with shots and got a few licks off his first lollipop.
He loved all things Daddy.
Here they are on Father's Day.
He loved things Mommy too, like my flip flops.
And my headband. He also liked to put on my bracelets and put my purse on his shoulder and pretend to go shopping.
Here we are just playing around.
He loved to be outside, which got better when he started walking. He loved to play in the water table.
When he wasn't outside, he loved to look outside.
He started having playdates with Claire twice a week.
We took general pictures around the house.
He loved the dog bed.
He loved the dog herself even more.
He went swimming with Adelyn.
He tried to get his friend Hank to smile. Hank's brother Joe is always around too.
He'd party 'til the cows came home.
Then he'd crash. He'd sleep for about 12 hours each night and have a nap anywhere from 1.5-3 hours during the day.
For the Fourth of July, we went to Oma and Opa's house, where he helped himself to their food.
He went from this...
To this...in a matter of seconds.
Here's the three Williams guys.
Oma took us to the pool at the gym.
He helped Dad figure out the carrier for our big trip.
He helped Mom pack our bags for it.
Then we headed off to Ireland for three and half weeks. For more on IRELAND click on it. Overall, we had a great summer at home and away and it's about time I blogged about it. So long, Summer!
